Vacansoleil-DCM aims to be Accessible, Attractive and good value. In four years time the international team with a focus on The Netherlands, Belgium, France and Italy grew from the new kid in town to a permanent member of the WorldTour. With an aggressive way of racing, ambitious group of sponsors and a yearly promised grow which is established 2012 becomes the second year in the WorldTour. This place in the World Tour is also responsible for an automatically start-right in all major races, including the Tour de France. In 2012, the team showed themselves with a third place in the end classification of the Giro D’Italia.

Vacansoleil-DCM is a team of adventurous professionals who in freedom and trust represent the team and sponsors. The team creates an open atmosphere in which it contributes to the attractiveness of the sport and marketing goals of its sponsors. The facilities in the environment of the team need to lead to an optimum evolution for all unique athletes and team members. There is a big awareness among the team on the interest and the value for sponsors, fans and media.

The acting of the team members mainly takes place bearing in mind three benchmarks: Accessibility, attractiveness and good value.

The Vacansoleil - DCM Pro Cycling Team is legally governed by its paying agent STL-Pro Cycling B.V. STL-Pro Cycling B.V. is a private limited company with team manager Daan Luijkx being the owner. This private limited company contracts riders, staff and sponsors (more than 25 partners are currently associated with the team).

In the upcoming years, the team continues to grow towards the top. This growth will be realized with riders like Wout Poels and Thomas de Gendt and has to go hand in hand with the international and open character of the team.
