Illness prevented the former Slovenian champion from competing for two months in 2012, and the year was one of on-going ailments. The 27 year-old rider stood out in 2011 and 2010 with results on the hill classics and he came first in the GP Plouay. Even though he already reached second place in the Tour de Pologne and his great capacity is bound to lead to an extra man in deep finals of major races. After hearing good things from his compatriot Borut Bozic, Bole moved to Vacansoleil DCM. With passion, he will be chasing the good feeling of 2011, and he will make people take note.
