Joost van Leijen finishes fifth in the first stage The first stage of the Tour Du Poitou Charentes covered a distance of just over 186km and ended in a bunch sprint. Joost van Leijen finished fifth and Anthony Roux won the stage. Wout Poels achieved a place in the top ten.
