Sergey Lagutin joins the Vacansoleil Pro Cycling Team
The national champion of Uzbekistan, Sergey Lagutin, will be representing the Vacansoleil Pro Cycling Team in 2009. The 27-year old former World champion of the Amateur Riders competition is an all rounder on different tracks.

The national champion of Uzbekistan, Sergey Lagutin, will be representing the Vacansoleil Pro Cycling Team in 2009. The 27-year old former World champion of the Amateur Riders competition is an all rounder on different tracks. Sergey Lagutin won the amateur World championship in 2003 in the Canadian city of Hamilton and became a professional in 2004 and went on to obtain ten victories. He has won the Uzbekistan National Championship three times and achieved a stage in the Rheinland-Pfalz Rundfahrt. Lagutin joining the Vacansoleil Pro Cycling Team is great news as he is a multi skilled and experienced rider in some of the best competitions in the cycling calender.
